Ok, back to Thanksgiving. While the Pumpkin Pie Bars are my personal favorite, the Thanksgiving Empanadas are killers in their own right. I made a little video for all you to learn how to close them with a little style. This technique is what you see on so many empanadas and with good reason. It’s easy to do, looks great, and provides a tight seal. Once you get the hang out it, you can crank them out in no time.
