Hey my lovely Pot Heads,
There’s no new recipe this week which gives you plenty of time to focus on how you’re going to utilize last week’s recipe the Artichoke Chickenish Nuggets. But don’t worry, I’ve got plenty of ideas.
As I said last week, I had envisioned this recipe as a good substitute for nuggets and patties of fake meat that lots of people keep in their freezer. It’s all of those things but damn, there are so many other ideas I didn’t think of. In the subscriber chat (which you should absolutely join) Patrick commented that he might want to make them into little falafel and I was blindsided. OF COURSE this recipe could be used in other ways and I’m here to share two more with you.
