Hey Pot-Heads! It’s been a great week in the StP chat. Between lots of cute pet photos for National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day and so many good dinner ideas, there’s been a lot to keep up with. Aren’t in the chat? Come and hang, everyone is charming as hell.

about starting a book club for paid subscribers. It would be an added feature to your subscription and something you could opt out of if you’re not interested. I’m thinking of calling it The Supper Book Club, what do you think? I’d want the books to focus on topics we explore here at Stir the Pot like food (obviously), accessibility, climate change, domestic labor, and what it takes to get a meal on the table. I’d alternate between fiction and nonfiction, letting the group vote on the next book and make suggestions for future titles. We’d meet once a month to chat about the book (again very optional), eat some snacks, and generally enjoy each other's company and the exchange of ideas. Interested? Let me know below and we can get this thing started next month. Not into it? That’s ok too. We’ll always have the kitchen.
